ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
MOORE v. FIRST BANK OF SAN LUIS OBISPO (4/17/00 - No. S076239)
Where a party's entitlement to attorney fees under Civil Code §1717 is

exceeded his or her powers.
