LEONE v. MEDICAL BOARD OF CALIFORNIA (4/3/00 - No. S065485)
Statute making a writ petition the method for obtaining appellate review of
a superior court decision in an action disciplining a physician for
unprofessional conduct by restricting, suspending or revoking his or her
license to practice medicine does not violate the appellate jurisdiction
clause of the California Constitution.

PEOPLE v. RIZO (4/3/00 - No. S077785)
It is not factually impossible for a defendant to violate Penal Code §113,
which provides that "any person who manufactures, distributes or sells false
documents to conceal the true citizenship or resident alien status of
another person is guilty of a felony.", if he manufactures counterfeit
government documents and sells them to United States citizens.
