Gentlemen

Your company installed the carpet on the stairs at the above referenced Condominium.
The carpet was not properly installed by you workmen; As a result of your workmen's
negligence, the carpet continues to become ____state The Problem (e.g., unglued).

I have repeatedly request that you remedy the problem. Despite my repeated requests that you
remedy the condition, you have failed to correct  the problem.

As you recall, I reported this condition to you as follows:

My tenant slipped on the carpet as the result of your poor workmanship. Demand is
hereby made that you remedy the carpet within three (3) days. I will expect that the carpet will
be properly repaired by December _____   2001.

If the carpet is not properly repaired by this date, I will obtain another company to undertake
the repair.

I will treat your failure to comply as a breach on your part, and I will demand a return of all
monies paid to you.

I hope that you give this matter your prompt attention and repair the stairway carpeting,
to avoid any future problems.
