Opinions certified for publication or ordered published in the Official
Reports in the last 60 days are posted here. Except in limited
circumstances, only opinions certified for publication or ordered
published may be cited or relied on by courts and parties. (See Cal.
Rules of Court, rules 976, 976.1, 977, and 978.) After 60 days,
published opinions are available on the archive page. Only slip
opinions are provided here. Opinions edited and enhanced for the
Official Reports are available at Westlaw.com.

Supreme Court opinions, which the court normally files at 10 a.m.
on Mondays and Thursdays, are posted immediately after filing.
Court of Appeal opinions are posted within hours of filing. Each
opinion is provided in Word 97 and Adobe Acrobat formats.

hard bound official Reporter or do a search of the official cases published on CD
